How our TPA panel works
Just works with a panel of three specialist TPAs: Aptia, Broadstone and Quantum. As we approach buy-out each scheme is assigned to a TPA based on capacity, timelines, specialist needs or existing relationships.

Just’s longest-standing administration partner, Aptia provides ringfenced services to thousands of members across dozens of schemes. They continue to deliver consistently high SLAs and member satisfaction.
Broadstone
Selected for their strong cultural alignment and technical expertise, Broadstone is currently onboarding additional schemes with a team built specifically for Just.
Quantum
Known for quality delivery and tailored service, Quantum is the latest addition to our panel and is supporting schemes with specific onboarding or legacy requirements.
