We offer a secure online service called Benpal that lets you view information about your pension online and update details securely when it suits you. It lets you: 

• View your policy document, schedule and member guide online
  • Tell us if you’ve changed address or bank details
  • View your last payment and a record of payslips and P60s online
  • Tell us if you’d like to receive alerts through Benpal
  • Change your contact preferences at any time; and
• You’ll still be able to contact us by phone, letter and email

How to register for Benpal

To register for Benpal, use the activation code in the letter we send a few weeks after your welcome pack. If this hasn’t arrived or you’ve mislaid the letter, contact us and we’ll email or post another activation code to you.
