How will my benefits be taxed?


Your Pension will be taxed according to instructions from your local tax office and we will pay your income to you net of the relevant tax. Income of this type is taxed under the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and may be subject to change in the future.

Your pension will be paid into your bank or building society account after any tax that you owe has been deducted.  At the end of the tax year you’ll get a P60 from us showing how much tax you’ve paid over the last tax year.

If you contact them, you will need to quote your National Insurance number and the PAYE reference.

For all policies issued by Just Retirement Limited the PAYE reference is 475/LA96393.

For policies issued by Partnership the PAYE reference is either 475/NB25348 or 951/KZ41815.
